I keep the ingredients for my Warm Artichoke dip readily available for impromptu cocktails with friends. It is so easy to have a few recipes to create for delicious appetizers without fuss. And what can be a more perfect time than sharing good food and drinks with friends!
Cocktails, conversation, and company!
1 8-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves plus additional (for garnish)
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup green olive tapenade
1 5.2 ounces Boursin garlic and herb
Preheat oven to 375° F. Place artichokes and basil in a food processor and chop coarsely.
Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, tapenade, and herb cheese, mixing until combined.
Place mixture in 4 cup baking dish. Bake until hot for about 30 minutes. Garnish with basil.
Serve with toasted bread garlic slices.
