During the summer months, I like easy meals so I can relax and enjoy the warm weather. This simple Pesto Mozzarella bread is a crowd-pleaser. You can make it in the oven or roast it on the grill!
1 loaf of Italian bread
1 package (7 ounces) presto sauce
1 package (8 ounces) of fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread pesto sauce and top with Mozzarella. Place top on bread. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
